Codere SA has announced the terms of a proposed refinancing transaction (the “Transaction“). The full announcement is available here.
PSL
The Practice Statement Letter (the “PSL”) for the Scheme has been issued by Codere Finance 2 (UK) Limited. A copy of the PSL can be accessed here.
Lock-Up
As referred to in the announcement, holders of Codere’s existing notes (the “Existing Noteholders“) were requested to accede to a lock-up agreement (the “Original Lock-Up Agreement”).

- A redline showing the changes between the Original Lock-Up Agreement and the Revised Lock-Up Agreement is available, here
- The Original Lock-Up Agreement is available for Existing Noteholders to review, on a public basis, here
