GLAS is acting under various roles, in connection with the restructuring of the debt of Dutch shipping company VROON GROUP B.V. which involves a complex debt for equity swap by which the lenders will take majority control of the group's principal subsidiary, a haircut on the existing credit facilities, and wind down the existing holding company, Vroon Group BV, on a solvent basis.

GLAS is acting in various agency capacities (including standstill agent, facility agent and security agent) in the recently announced financial restructuring of sustainable retail clothing company GERRY WEBER International AG under preventive StaRUG proceedings in Germany.

German real estate company Adler Group S.A. and its subsidiaries successfully implemented a restructuring through a UK Part 26A Restructuring Plan. The Plan included amendments to the terms and conditions of certain of its bonds with an aggregate nominal amount of €3.2 billion and the provision of up to €937.5 million of new money funding.

GLAS was appointed as Facility Agent and Security Trustee on Zenith Energy's 440m refinancing, five year, syndicated debt facilities with Westpac, NAB, SMBC, BNPP, ANZ and Aware Super.
