GLAS’ team in Asia now has the capability to provide independent debt administration, trust, corporate and fund services across a wide range of transactions, serviced by a team of local experts in both Singapore and Hong Kong.
Our team have experience working on transactions of all shapes and sizes, in distress, pre and post-restructuring, and unusual in nature, as well as vanilla transactions.
In Singapore, GLAS is a licensed trust company, regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore to provide trustee and fiduciary services and an Approved Trustee for Collective Investment Schemes.
GLAS is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Banking and Finance, the Singapore Trustees Association, the Singapore Venture and Private Capital Association and the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association.
In Hong Kong, GLAS is a Trust and Company Service Provider (TSCP) licensed company and is also licensed under the Cap. 29 Trustee Ordinance legislation.
