Celebrating Pride at GLAS: Our Commitment to Inclusion
For the month of pride in 2026, teams across GLAS came together to celebrate through a series of initiatives that reflected both the diversity of our global offices and the shared values that bring us together. From informal gatherings to creative activities, each office marked the occasion in its own way, creating space for connection, visibility and celebration.

In Australia, the team hosted a Pride-themed bake off, encouraging colleagues to get creative in the kitchen under the theme “Love wins, cake helps, everyone belongs.”
The fun and inclusive event brought together a wide range of colourful and imaginative entries, with Krish Gonsalkorala and Sie Hwa Koo as the judge’s winners, while Jodie Henderson, Peter Ip, Ashleigh Archer and Brian Kim were voted as the People’s Choice winners by the team.

Our UK office came together for a Pride cake and cheers session, where colleagues gathered over cupcakes to recognise the importance of the month and celebrate as a team.
Similarly, in France, the team hosted their own cake and drinks session, providing an opportunity to connect, reflect, and spend time together.

In Singapore, the team brought Pride to life with a shared meal featuring vibrant, rainbow-coloured dishes. Colleagues gathered to enjoy sushi platters and traditional desserts such as Lapis Sagu and Rainbow Kueh Lapis Legit. The celebration extended beyond food, with a vibrant dress code encouraging colourful attire and a photo booth set up to capture the day.
While each celebration looked different, the message across all offices was consistent: GLAS is committed to fostering an environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued and able to be themselves.
At GLAS, Pride is not confined to a single month. It is part of an ongoing commitment to inclusion, openness and respect across our global teams. We recognise the importance of creating a workplace culture where diversity is embraced and where colleagues feel supported year-round.
These moments of celebration reflect that commitment, reinforcing that inclusion is not just something we say, but something we actively practise across our offices every day.
