GLAS facilitates $650 million bond refinancing for Constellation Oil Services

GLAS is pleased to announce the successful completion of Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A.’s $650 million senior secured bond transaction.

The new seven-year bond carries a fixed coupon of 7.70% and refinances the company’s existing 2029 notes. The transaction extends Constellation’s debt maturity profile, secures improved financing terms and enhances financial flexibility to support the company’s long-term strategic objectives.

The GLAS Americas team acted as Note Trustee, Paying Agent, Registrar, Transfer Agent and Collateral Agent, providing a comprehensive range of services to support the successful execution of the transaction.

The refinancing strengthens Constellation’s capital structure and positions the company to continue delivering offshore oilfield services while maintaining financial flexibility for future growth opportunities.
