GLAS supports $50m financing for Redball Energy

GLAS recently partnered with Redball Energy, a US-based developer, owner and operator of distributed solar projects on their USD $50m financing which closed earlier this month.

The GLAS Americas team acted as Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent on the transaction, which will support the partial refinancing of existing debt while providing additional capital for the construction of new solar projects across the United States.

The transaction will enable Redball Energy to continue expanding its distributed solar portfolio.

This transaction marks another successful example of the GLAS team in the US delivering best-in-class administrative and collateral agency services across the growing private credit and infrastructure finance markets.
