At GLAS, our diverse teams are composed of industry experts with extensive international experience across the financial markets. Our team of experts are the foundation of GLAS, making us a leading global provider of debt administration and trustee services.
Legal
Our Legal team’s coverage spans 5 different locations in the GLAS network. Collectively, the team has 100+ years of experience in the legal field across different areas of expertise, gained from experience in positions at blue chip institutions such as Santander and Bank of New York Mellon.
DCM
Our DCM team operates across 3 locations and with coverage across Transaction Management, Client Services, and a Complex Deal Team. Our team have a wealth of expertise across the full suite of Debt Capital Markets, with several having held leadership roles in Corporate Trust departments at major international banks.
Client Services
The Client Services Team consists of over 50 staff members across 7 separate teams in 4 locations. Together, the team manage over 1,300 transactions per year and provide support to our clients throughout the full lifecycle of the product, making over 100,000 payments annually to our international client base.
