Arunima is the Head of Legal (UK). Arunima is responsible for the leading the Group’s in-house legal team in London and providing legal advice on our UK based transactions.
Arunima has a wealth of experience in corporate trust and agency matters. After graduating in Law from Cambridge University, Arunima trained at Allen & Overy and then went on to Ashurst where she worked as an Associate, specialising in corporate trustee and agency. Before joining GLAS, Arunima spent 8 years at The Bank of New York Mellon, working in both an operational and legal role on complex deal structures. Arunima is a commercial, goal-oriented and agile lawyer, ensuring GLAS provides the best quality of service to our clients.
