Fiona is the Head of Business Operations, Germany at GLAS. Fiona is responsible for developing the Group’s German operations through her experience in operational excellence.
Fiona has a 20-year background in banking, and prior to GLAS, had the opportunity to be a core member in major global efficiency & change management projects including supporting NatWest Bank’s German subsidiary’s operational go-live and building its Facility & Security Agency capability. Fiona was also Head of Global Loan Administration at DVB Bank SE, facilitating the operational stream of DVB’s sale of their Aviation & Land Transport platforms.
