GLAS Italy acts as Agent on €69 Million Facility Agreement

GLAS Italy recently acted as agent on a €69 million financial optimisation agreement entered into by Misitano & Stracuzzi S.p.A., a leading producer of citrus essential oils listed on Euronext Growth Milan, and a pool of twelve lending institutions. 

This agreement represents a significant step in strengthening the company’s financial position and supporting its long-term growth strategy. Under the terms of the transaction, existing short-term credit facilities have been confirmed, a portion of short-term indebtedness will be repaid on a deferred basis, and medium- to long-term financing arrangements have been rescheduled. 

PwC served as financial adviser to Misitano & Stracuzzi, while Simmons & Simmons advised the company on all legal aspects of the transaction. Emintad acted as industrial adviser, and LMS advised the lending institutions on all legal aspects of the transaction.
