GLAS is a privately owned, conflict free provider of debt administration and trustee services. GLAS acquired Watiga in 2024 to facilitate an expansion into Singapore, with the business now able to offer a full suite of loan agency, trustee, escrow, custody, fund administration and corporate services.
GLAS Singapore holds a unique set of licenses that allow us to support a broad range of client solutions. Regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), we are Licenced Trustees, Approved Trustees for Collective Investment Schemes and Licensed Custodians. GLAS Singapore is also a Registered Filing Agent with ACRA.

For fund administration, GLAS offers a full suite of services for private equity, venture capital, mezzanine and debt funds, and other alternative investments. Our team use specialist software by FIS, Private Capital Suite and Investment Accounting Manager, and are members of the Singapore Fund Administrators Association.
For fiscal agency and loan administration, GLAS handles various debt asset types, including plain vanilla and convertible/exchangeable bonds, bilateral and syndicated loans, mezzanine loans, and other hybrid or alternative debt instruments.
For entity management, GLAS is a registered filing agent with Singapore’s ACRA, providing incorporation, company secretary, registered office, bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, tax agent, and other corporate administration services.
