GLAS acts as Facility Agent and Security Agent on €2.2 billion acquisition of Exclusive Networks

GLAS is thrilled to announce our involvement in the successful financing arrangement for the acquisition of Exclusive Networks. The acquisition was made by a consortium led by CD&R and Permira, and is valued at approximately €2.2 billion.

The GLAS team in Paris acted as Facility Agent and Security Agent on the transaction, supporting the refinancing of existing indebtedness and the financing of an exceptional distribution approved by shareholders.

The financing package includes a term loan of €607 million and $267 million, two delayed term loans totaling €235 million, a revolving credit facility of €235 million, and additional term loans of €300 million and $133 million for Etna French BidCo and Etna US Finco, respectively.

This strategic investment will enable Exclusive Networks to strengthen its market position and ensure the continuity of its operations under new ownership.
