GLAS acts as Escrow Agent in The Friedkin Group’s acquisition of Everton FC
The GLAS team acted as Escrow Agent in The Friedkin Group’s (TFG) acquisition of Everton FC.
The completion of this acquisition, announced earlier today by Everton FC was finalised following an agreement for the sale of Farhad Moshiri’s Blue Heaven Holdings majority stake in the Club.
With this acquisition, TFG have committed to deliver a strong and sustainable future for Everton Football Club, restoring its competitive stature and maintaining its deep connection with fans and the community.
