GLAS supports WildBrain in securing $415M Senior Credit Facility
GLAS US is happy to share the news of our involvement in the $415m Senior Credit Facility secured by WildBrain. The facility is split across a $375m Term Loan and a $40m Revolving Credit Facility for five years. The group of private investors behind this transaction were led by Sagard and Comvest Credit Partners.
GLAS USA, LLC and GLAS Americas, LLC acted as Administrative and Collateral Agent on the transaction.
The successful conclusion of this transaction will enable WildBrain to repay the company’s existing Revolving Facility, due in July 2024, and existing Term Loan, due March 2028. In addition to this, an accumulation of the remaining funds from this transaction and additional working capital will contribute towards the repayment of WildBrain’s convertible unsecured subordinated debentures, due September 2024.
