As of today, GLAS (Global Loan Agency Services) has expanded its operations into Spain, with the opening of an office in the centre of Madrid.
In recent years, GLAS has expanded its international presence to include operations in France, Germany, the USA, and Australia.
GLAS already has an established network in Spain, with a wealth of experience in projects which include Spanish organisations and assets.
Most notably, GLAS recently acted as Restructuring Agent, Security Agent and Equity Agent for Celsa Group on the first restructuring plan to be launched under new Spanish insolvency legislation passed in 2021.

The team in Madrid will be headed up by Daniel García, a former Apex Group employee with 10 years of experience in loan services.
