GLAS Australia Appointed Numerous Roles for Freedom Food Group

Global Loan Agency Services Australia Specialist Activities Pty Limited (AFSL number 519374) has recently been appointed to act as Security Trustee, Note Trustee, Paying Agent and Registrar for Freedom Foods Group Limited’s unlisted capital raise of AUD 265 million 7% Senior Convertible Notes due 2027.

The wholesale offer received $8.9 million in oversubscriptions from a number of domestic and international funds, with the proceeds of the Notes being put towards repayment of Freedom Foods Group’s existing debt facilities, along with working capital expenses.
