GLAS was recently appointed Facility Agent and Security Agent for Spa Holdings 3 Oy and SPA US Holdco, Inc.’s EUR and USD Term Loan B, Senior Secured Revolving Credit Facilities and Bridge Facilities as well as Common Security Agent under the Company’s Senior Secured Notes. Spa Holdings 3 Oy and SPA US Holdco, Inc. are a Finnish incorporated SPV and a US incorporated SPV, respectively, both owned and controlled by funds managed or advised by Bain Capital. The Company’s debt facilities are part of the financing package used to facilitate the acquisition of Ahlstrom-Munksjö Oyj, a Swedish based company that provides fiber-based products.
