On 12 July 2019, Galapagos issued a notice to holders of Senior Secured Floating Rates due 2021 and 5.375% Senior Secured Fixed Rate Notes due 2021. The notice highlights the following:

• GLAS Trustees Limited has been appointed as trustee under the SSN Indenture and Intercreditor Agreement, replacing Deutsche Trustee Company Limited;
• GLAS Trust Corporation Limited has been appointed as security agent under the SSN Indenture and Intercreditor Agreement, replacing UniCredit Bank AG, London Branch;
• Global Loan Agency Services Limited has been appointed as principal paying agent under the SSN Indenture, replacing Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch;
• GLAS SAS has been appointed as registrar and transfer agent under the SSN Indenture, replacing Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A.
