Kate Lagoe, Business Development

Kate has 10 years’ experience in Debt Capital Markets. In her role within the sales team Kate has responsibility for developing new Capital Markets business across both restructurings and new issuances within the EMEA region, with a focus on high yield, liability management, escrow, project finance and structured finance transactions. Prior to joining GLAS, Kate was at SFM Europe (now part of the Intertrust Group), where she held roles in their business development and transaction management teams.

Paul Cattermole, Head of Trustee Services

Paul has over 25 years’ experience in Debt Capital Markets. Prior to GLAS, Paul has worked at BNY Mellon, HSBC, UBS and Citibank within the Corporate Trust arena. He has experience of Operations, Client Service, Relationship Management and Transaction Management on Restructurings, Liability Management, Bonds, Programmes, Islamic Finance, Escrow and High Yield transactions.

Juliette Challenger, Deputy General Counsel

Juliette is a finance lawyer with considerable experience in the corporate debt and debt capital markets across a range of industry sectors. Before joining GLAS as Deputy General Counsel, Juliette worked at K&L Gates as a Senior Associate in the finance team, prior to which she was with a leading national law firm. She has a wealth of expertise in all areas of corporate debt bank and bond financings, securitisations, special situations, restructurings and insolvency situations, and enforcement situations, dealing with contentious and non-contentious matters. Juliette has advised a variety of market participants including loan agents, trustees, corporate service providers, special servicers, financial institutions, debt funds, lenders, arrangers and borrowers, and manages the GLAS internal legal team in London.
