New Look Financing Plc (the “Issuer”) has appointed GLAS as Trustee, Security Agent, Paying Agent, Registrar and Transfer Agent on Sterling-denominated 12% Senior Secured PIK Notes due 2024 and Euro-denominated 12% Senior Secured PIK Notes due 2024 of New Money Bonds and Reinstated Senior Secured Notes of the Issuer.
Previously, GLAS had been appointed Successor Note Trustee, Security Agent, Paying Agent, Registrar, Transfer Agent and Calculation Agent for New Look’s £700 million 6.5% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 and EUR415 million Floating Rate Senior Secured Notes due 2022. Read more here.
