GLAS is proud to be the principal sponsor of the UK Insolvency Lawyers Association for the fourth year in a row. GLAS will also be the lead sponsor of the annual ILA Academic Forum and Conference held in London on 29-30 March 2019.

The ILA provides a forum for lawyers practising in the fields of insolvency law and restructuring practice to co-operate on matters of professional interest, networking, to share know-how and to represent the ILA’s view top Government and to other professional bodies having an interest in insolvency law and restructuring practice.

Panel session

GLAS Co-Founder and Group President Mia Drennan will be hosting a panel session with Stephenson Harwood Partner Sue Millar, “The Tale of the phantom administration: What happened in Fairhold”. The panel will cover background to the litigation, issues for determination and the result of the Fairhold transaction.
