GLAS appointed Agent on International Oasis Holding Company refinancing

Oasis Holding

GLAS was recently appointed agent on International Oasis Holding Company’s (IOHC) refinancing. ADM Capital Management, a private debt fund, was the primary lender on the US$520 million senior secured loan. Houlihan Lokey’s Dubai office acted as IOHC’s financial adviser.

Private holding

IOHC is a private holding company focused on investments in the UK, Middle East and North Africa.

A stake in Aston Martin

IOHC notably has a stake in British luxury sports car manufacturer Aston Martin.
