GLAS Trust Company is excited to announce that we can now offer services as a FAST Transfer Agent through the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC).

DTCC gives GLAS a full offering

Our connectivity with the DTCC allows GLAS the ability to offer the market full services on closing global bond transactions, including closing the bonds through the depositary, as well as paying agent, transfer agent and registrar services. In addition to these new capabilities, GLAS is able to serve as exchange agent, tender agent, consent solicitation agent, settlement agent and tabulation agent on all DTCC related transactions.
