Nine West Holdings, Inc filed a voluntary petition for Chapter 11 bankruptcy court protection in New York. GLAS was appointed Successor Administrative Agent on an Unsecured Term Loan. As Administrative Agent, GLAS Trust Company LLC was appointed to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors.
