Global Loan Agency Services Limited today announced the appointment of Anthony Stanford as Head of Transaction Management. Anthony is a fully qualified lawyer who was most recently a Senior Associate at Squire Patton Boggs where he had worked since qualification across a broad range of domestic and cross-border banking transactions including general lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance and restructuring.
