We were selected in late 2013 pre restructuring by the Companies advisers and CoComm to succeed the incumbent Agent due to our significant expertise in managing complex transactions and our commercial approach.

The syndicate has over 600 lenders globally and the facilities are multi-currency and include cash, PIK and equity.
