Real estate company Adler Group S.A. and subsidiaries successfully implemented a UK Part 26A Restructuring Plan. The Plan included amendments to the terms and conditions of certain bonds with an aggregate nominal amount of €3.2 billion & provision of up to €937.5 million of new funding.
