GLAS is acting in various agency capacities (including standstill agent, facility agent and security agent) in the recently announced financial restructuring of sustainable retail clothing company GERRY WEBER International AG under preventive StaRUG proceedings in Germany.

GLAS was appointed as Information and Tabulation Agent and Holding Period Trustee in connection with the restructuring plan, and Security Agent, New Senior Secured Notes Agent, New Money Notes Agent and Equity Agent in respect of the post-restructuring financing and equity arrangements.

GLAS was appointed as Facility Agent and Security Trustee on Zenith Energy's 440m refinancing, five year, syndicated debt facilities with Westpac, NAB, SMBC, BNPP, ANZ and Aware Super.

GLAS was appointed as Facility Agent and Security Trustee in connection with PAG's Asia Capital's acquisition of Australian frozen-food companies Patties Foods and Vesco Foods.
