Mia Drennan is the founder of GLAS and our Co-Chair and President. Mia has over twenty years’ experience in the Capital Markets with specific experience working within Corporate Trust and Agency.

Brian has practised finance law for over 20 years and has worked on a wide range of financing transactions advising lenders and borrowers.

Stuart held senior roles at BNP Paribas, including client development and managing the structured products and loan solutions group.

Joanne has over 23 years’ experience in both the Loan and Debt Capital Markets and is responsible for the European, Middle Eastern and African side of the business.

Aymeric has worked for several years at major international law firms in Paris and London before joining the transaction debt finance teams at Deutsche Bank and UBS AG in London.

Anatoly has held senior positions in Global Corporate Trust Services for more than 10 years, most recently as Senior Vice President and Head of Relationship Management with U.S. Bank.

Jens-Peter Wulf has served as General Counsel at XTP AG, a financial services consulting company and Head of Legal & Compliance for EMEA at Avaloq, a Swiss banking software/IT company.

Sandra Markovic joins GLAS from Centerbridge Partners, L.P., where she served as Managing Director of Closing.

Kate both leads the GLAS Australia business and acts as GLAS Australia’s General Counsel.

Deion joined GLAS from Lloyds Banking Group where he was a Relationship Manager in a European market leading team looking after a diverse portfolio of sophisticated Private Asset Managers.

Adrian has extensive loan market experience working in Investment Banking and Asset Management.

Alan joined GLAS from Lloyds Banking Group where he was an Associate Director within the Global Corporates TE Team focusing primarily on the Entrepreneurs/Family Office sector.

Lauren leads the US Business Development team’s growth efforts in the four main pillars of GLAS: Loan Agency, Capital Markets, Special Serving and Restructuring.

Clement focuses on French market coverage for our Paris operation, GLAS SAS. Prior to joining GLAS, Clement was a Sales Manager at BNP Paribas Securities Service.

Joe is currently primarily responsible for Capital Markets and Liability Management sales. He has worked in New York and has an understanding of Chapter 11 proceedings & DIP financings.

Maryam Torabi is a Senior Business Development Manager in Australia covering the Asia Pacific region.

Matt Korner has recently joined GLAS Americas as Assistant Vice President in New York after 2 and a half years supporting the team in London.

Iuliia has held various other Business Development positions across the Financial Services, Recruitment and Retail sectors.

Prior to joining GLAS, Tiffany worked on the Client Services team at Northwestern Mutual for two years where she onboarded new clients and serviced retail investment accounts.
