GLAS supports acquisition of ILERNA by Jacobs Holding
GLAS is pleased to see the conclusion of Jacobs Holding’s acquisition of ILERNA from Skill & You. The acquisition was completed with the use of Senior Facilities to underpin the leveraged buyout.
The GLAS team in Spain acted as Agent and Security Agent on the acquisition, working alongside Jacobs Holding, the Lender’s Counsel A&O Shearman, and Financing Advisor Marlborough Partners.
Jacobs Holding will support ILERNA in their next phase of growth and help the organisation achieve their post-acquisition strategic priorities.
