Codere is a Spanish multinational group in the private gaming sector. It is the only Spanish company in the gaming industry that is publicly traded.

The transaction

Codere went through a restructuring in 2016 via a UK Scheme of Arrangement whereby the existing notes were restructured into two senior secured notes issuances governed under a NY law Indenture.

Security: share pledges over various group companies in Luxembourg, Spain, Brazil, Argentina and Italy
