Vairon is the main relationship and escalation contact for our in-house clients. Vairon joined GLAS in 2023 as a part of the Transaction Management team where he closed and managed a portfolio of deals ranging from Debtor-in-Possession financing, Bridge loans, LATAM Project financing, and broadly syndicated Delayed Draw Term Loans. Vairon joined GLAS from Morgan Stanley.
