Lorna Fleming is the Global Head of Business and Delivery at GLAS. She leads global operational strategy and business delivery, ensuring GLAS can execute on its strategic priorities across all regions. Over her 10 years at GLAS, Lorna has held senior roles across operations, change, and regional leadership, including helping establish GLAS Australia.

She brings over 22 years’ experience in Financial Services, specialising in Loan Agency, operational excellence, and business transformation, with expertise in syndicated loan agency, banking operations, transaction management, and debt restructuring.
