Ethan is Group Chief Financial Officer and Board Member of GLAS. Ethan was appointed to drive growth, institutionalisation and value creation initiatives following the investment by Levine Leichtman Capital Partners.

Previously, Ethan held a number of executive roles in high-growth, PE-backed companies in the financial, technology and business services sectors. Ethan was part of the Bridgepoint PE-backed management team of the business now called Ocorian, the fund administration and corporate & trust services provider, exiting to Inflexion PE. Prior to becoming an operator with a focus on value creation in PE-backed enterprises, Ethan was a PE investor and investment banker in London and New York.
