Jens-Peter is the Head of Legal (Germany). Jens-Peter is responsible for the leading the Group’s in-house legal team in Germany and providing legal advice on German transactions, local governance and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining GLAS, Jens-Peter served as General Counsel at XTP AG, a financial services consulting company, and as Head of Legal & Compliance for EMEA at Avaloq, a Swiss banking software, IT and back-office outsourcing company. He also spent several years as Senior Legal Counsel with Allianz Capital Partners, the insurance group’s branch for alternative investments, and with UniCredit’s legal and DCM teams.
