A qualified lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience, she brings deep expertise in financial services and a strong grasp of complex financial structures and market dynamics. She has led and managed complex transactions across corporate bonds, acquisition finance, real estate and restructuring and has also gained experience working with an Italian fiduciary company.
