Holders will be given access to the memorandum in connection with the Exchange Offer (the “Exchange Offer Memorandum“), any notices issued in connection with the Exchange Offer and other relevant documents once they have:

registered in accordance with the instructions below; and
submitted their proof of holdings for the Existing Bonds (which must evidence a holder’s holding of Existing Bonds as of 20 July 2026

Holders should expect email communication with the Exchange Agent.

Further details of the Exchange Offer (including any relevant dates) are set out in the Exchange Offer Memorandum.
