GLAS Specialist Services Limited has been appointed to act as Information Agent in connection with an English restructuring plan proposed by gategroup Guarantee Limited under part 26A of the United Kingdom’s Companies Act 2006.

The Court convened a meeting, to be held on 19 March 2021, for Plan Creditors to vote on the Restructuring Plan (the Plan Meeting). The Restructuring Plan will affect the legal rights of Plan Creditors.

On 25 February 2021, gategroup Finance (Luxembourg) S.A. and the gategroup Guarantee Limited held a call for Bondholders for the purpose of providing information on the restructuring and the Restructuring Plan, and the next steps and actions for Bondholders, including voting on the Restructuring Plan at the Bondholder Plan Meeting. Both the meeting of Bondholders and the meeting of the Senior Lenders, each held on 19 March 2021, have approved the Plan by the required statutory majority (being 75% by value of the creditors present and voting at the relevant meeting).
