PROJECT DESCRIPTION
GLAS Specialist Services Limited has been appointed to act as information agent (in such capacity, the “Information Agent“) in connection with a restructuring proposed by AGPS BondCo PLC (the “Plan Company“) to be implemented by way of a restructuring plan pursuant to Part 26A of the Companies Act 2006 (the “Plan“) in relation to certain financial indebtedness of the Plan Company (the “Restructuring“), comprising:
- €400,000,000 1.500 per cent. notes due 2024 (ISIN: XS1652965085)
- €400,000,000 3.250 per cent. notes due 2025 (ISIN: XS2010029663)
- €700,000,000 1.875 per cent. notes due 2026 (ISIN: XS2283224231)
- €400,000,000 2.750 per cent. notes due 2026 (ISIN: XS2248826294)
- €500,000,000 2.250 per cent. notes due 2027 (ISIN: XS2336188029)
- €800,000,000 2.250 per cent. notes due 2029 (ISIN: XS2283225477)

The practice statement letter in respect of the Plan (the “Practice Statement Letter“) issued to all holders of the Notes (“Plan Creditors“) is available at https://glas-agency.appiancloud.com/suite/sites/adler-group (the “Portal“). Plan Creditors should register in accordance with the instructions below to be granted access to the Portal.
Plan Documents, including the Explanatory Statement and Account Holder letter, are available on the Portal.
