Catherine Marchal-Gralitzer

Catherine specialises in restructuring and corporate law in difficulty. She first worked for 4 years at FHB Administrateurs Judiciaires, before joining the Special Affairs of the BPCE Group in 2016, on international restructuring operations (Oceania-Africa-Asia). She is currently completing a Doctorate in Law at the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, on the subject of the treatment of bond debt and has taught corporate law in difficulty at the same university.

Catherine holds a Master 2 in Corporate Law in Difficulty from Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne and a Master 2 in Business Law from the IDA of Aix-Marseille University. She has been a member of the AJR since 2016.

Catherine est spécialisée en restructuration et droit des entreprises en difficulté. Elle a d’abord exercé pendant 4 ans au sein de FHB Administrateurs Judiciaires, avant de rejoindre les Affaires Spéciales du Groupe BPCE, en 2016, sur les opérations de restructurations internationales (Océanie-Afrique-Asie). Elle achève actuellement un Doctorat en droit à l’université Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, sur le sujet du traitement de la dette obligataire et a enseigné le droit des entreprises en difficulté au sein de cette même université.

Catherine est diplômée du Master 2 de Droit des entreprises en difficultés Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne et du Master 2 de Droit des affaires de l’IDA de l’université Aix-Marseille. Elle est membre de l’AJR depuis 2016.
