Brian is the founder of GLAS, Co-Exec Chair and Group Counsel. Brian is responsible for executing our strategic plan to be the leading provider of loan administration and trustee services globally.

Brian has practised finance law for over 30 years, holding the position of Partner at Lovells and SJ Berwin. Brian has worked on a wide range of financing transactions advising lenders and borrowers both on originating and dealing with the consequences of default in the loan, bond, and derivatives markets.
