GLAS supports €110m financing for Afianza Asesores

GLAS is pleased to announce its role in the successful completion of a €110 million financing for Afianza Asesores, a leading Spanish professional services platform, completed with funds managed by BlackRock.

GLAS acted as Facility Agent and Security Agent, supporting the execution of the transaction and ensuring robust governance and security arrangements throughout the financing process.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and provide additional financial flexibility to support the Group’s long-term strategic plan, including its acquisition-led growth strategy and the ongoing integration of portfolio companies.

This mandate further reinforces GLAS’s strong track record supporting complex debt financings and refinancings across the business services sector, acting in key agency roles on behalf of borrowers and lenders alike.
