GLAS facilitates refinancing for NewCold Piacenza
GLAS is proud to have partnered with NewCold on a refinancing initiative to support the operations of its advanced cold storage warehouse in Piacenza, Italy.
The GLAS team in Madrid acted as both Facility Agent and Security Agent, while Deutsche Bank served as Lender and Arranger.
This transaction strengthens NewCold’s position as a leading provider of automated cold chain logistics in Europe. The financing will enable the company to enhance its Piacenza facility, thereby strengthening the growing NewCold network in Italy.
