GLAS supports successful restructuring of Altice

GLAS is pleased to announce the successful completion of the restructuring of Altice France, one of Europe’s largest telecommunications and media companies, with operations across France, Portugal, Israel, and the United States.

The GLAS Paris team led the transaction, supported by colleagues in London, New York, and New Jersey. GLAS acted as Facility Agent and Security Agent on the loan portion of the deal; GLAS also served as Trustee, Security Agent, Paying Agent, Registrar, and Transfer Agent on both note issuances.

Altice’s recapitalisation strengthens its financial position and supports its long-term strategic objectives across its core markets in Europe and North America. The transaction was achieved through a complex, multi-jurisdictional process, reflecting strong collaboration between stakeholders and advisors.
