
GLAS supports €190m refinancing of Eliance Holding Company
GLAS is pleased to have supported the €190 million refinancing of Eliance Holding Company, S.L., a leading provider of aerial emergency services.
The GLAS team in Madrid acted as Agent and Security Agent on this transaction, which includes a €140 million Term Loan Facility and a €50 million Capex Facility.
The financing, led by Infranity, a Paris-based asset manager that specialise in sustainable infrastructure, will support Eliance’s long-term growth and operational resilience.
This refinancing will enable Eliance to continue investing in its mission-critical operations across Spain, Croatia, Chile, and Italy.

Eliance is a Spanish aerial emergency services provider operating a fleet of over 100 helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft. The company delivers essential services such as emergency medical transport, search and rescue, and firefighting, primarily under public contracts in Spain and Italy.
