GLAS Supports Davidson Kempner’s Investment in Aquaterra

GLAS is pleased to have supported Davidson Kempner in its strategic private credit investment in Aquaterra, acting as both Facility Agent and Security Agent for the private credit/direct lending facilities involved.

This investment will support Aquaterra’s continued growth as a leading European platform for sustainable agriculture. With global avocado exports projected to reach $10.4 billion, Aquaterra is responding to rising demand by planning to plant 800 hectares of high-value permanent crops between 2025–2026.
