GLAS Facilitates Successful Liability Management for B. Riley Financial
GLAS is pleased to have acted as Note Trustee, Collateral Agent, Paying Agent, Transfer Agent, Registrar, and Intercreditor Agent on B. Riley Financials’ private liability management exchange transaction, which closed in late March 2025.
The restructuring involved the exchange of unsecured notes for 2L secured notes, valued at up to USD 250 million, in a privately negotiated bond liability management transaction.
The plan involves the restructuring of debt held by several entities and a syndicate of banks across North America.
The deal allowed B. Riley Financial to extend the maturity of its notes and improve its overall financial position.
