Abac Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Grupo de Incendios

GLAS is pleased to announce our involvement in the successful acquisition of Grupo de Incendios by Abac Capital. This strategic transaction marks a significant milestone in the fire protection sector, with Abac Capital acquiring a majority stake in Grupo de Incendios. 

The acquisition was facilitated through a syndicated lending arrangement, with GLAS serving as Agent. The lenders involved in this transaction were Tresmares Capital and Muzinich & Co.  

The acquisition by Abac Capital is expected to drive significant growth and expansion for Grupo de Incendios which will benefit from Abac Capital’s extensive expertise and resources, enabling it to enhance its product offerings and expand its market reach.  

This transaction is yet another testament of the industry trust in GLAS to execute complex closings with tight timelines.
