GLAS supports Amarenco Sonata Roe Dac in €400M Project Financing

GLAS is thrilled to see the partner with Amarenco Sonata Roe Dac in securing project financing to support their solar infrastructure projects across Europe.

In collaboration with Rabobank, Perella Weinberg Partners, Watson Farley & Williams, Santander and Intesa Sanpaolo, the GLAS Spain team played the role of Security Agent on the €400,000,000 term facility.

This financing will enable the construction of 900MWp Solar PV farms across Spain, Portugal, Ireland, and Austria, generating clean energy for over 340,000 homes and preventing 500,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions annually.
