GLAS Appointed Facility and Security Agent for Morrisons Sale

GLAS has recently been appointed Facility Agent and Security Agent for Market Bidco Limited’s £6.6 billion debt facilities. Market Bidco is US private equity group Clayton, Dubilier and Rice’s newly incorporated entity that has completed the purchase of WM Morrison Supermarkets Plc.

WM Morrison Supermarkets Plc is the fourth largest chain of supermarkets in the United Kingdom.
